By creating an account, subscribing, or using yandee.ai ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.
yandee.ai provides automated Google Reviews monitoring, AI-drafted reply suggestions for your approval, and review-request workflows. Plans are detailed at yandee.ai/pricing. The current launch SKU is the Google Reviews Agent at USD $99/month with a 90-day commitment and a one-time setup fee of USD $249.
Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. 90-day commitment means the first three months are non-refundable. After 90 days, you may cancel any time for the following billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable. Failed payments may suspend the Service after 7 days notice.
You may not: (a) post fake or paid-for reviews, (b) review-gate or selectively suppress negative feedback in violation of FTC or local consumer-protection rules, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We will (a) deliver the Service as described, (b) maintain reasonable uptime (target 99.5% monthly), (c) protect your data per our Privacy Policy, (d) notify you of material outages or breaches.
You own your content, reviews, and brand voice instructions. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to provide the Service. We own the Service software, models, and aggregated non-personal insights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC REVIEW VOLUME, RATING IMPROVEMENT, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME. AI-generated drafts may contain errors — you are responsible for review before approval.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days written notice and opportunity to cure. We may suspend immediately for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks. Upon termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
